DARK HORSE DJ KONTROL REMIX

A friend of mine played this for me awhile back when Katy Perry's latest album first came out & surprisingly I actually liked it. Apparently the rest of the world does too because it is currently the #1 song in the country. Since most producers are probably going to do trap & house remixes to this one I decided to bump up the tempo to 95 BPM & give it that twerk feel. I'm real happy with how this one turned out. I used some elements from the original but tried to take it in a different direction. Check it out & let me know what you think:

DOWN FOR MY GOLD DUST BOOTLEG

When I got the Acapella for this one I wasn't used to hearing "Gold Dust" at this tempo because I only knew the Flux Pavilion Remix. The original version was Drum & Bass so I decided to put it over a Hip-Hop beat. I used C-Murder's classic "Down For My Niggaz" Instrumental since the original is not one that I use in my sets but I love the beat. This Mash is something different but I think these 2 go together pretty well! As always feel free to share it with your peeps!
